The cost of professional development shouldn’t stop you from getting the skills you need. Thanks to generous support from NTEN’s partners and faculty, scholarships are available for our individual courses and professional certificate programs. Course scholarships
These scholarships cover the cost of enrollment in one NTEN course.
Availability: Limited to two scholarships per person.

These scholarships cover the cost of a certificate you design to meet your needs. Choose either the Nonprofit Technology Professional Certificate or our Digital Equity Professional Certificate.
Availability: Professional certificate scholarships are not available at this time.
Who should apply?
Scholarships are part of NTEN’s commitment to equity and liberation. To qualify, you’ll need to meet both of these criteria:
- You work for a nonprofit, or at a library, public housing, or other social service agency, or are looking for a job in the nonprofit sector.
- You can demonstrate how this professional development opportunity will advance your career, personal goals, or (if applicable) organization’s mission.
We prioritize scholarships for people in systemically marginalized and excluded communities, and also for people at organizations with little to no training budget.
