Digital Account Coordinator

The role of the Digital Account Coordinator is to assist in the implementation of all areas of the digital fundraising strategy for non-profit organizations.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Digital Account Director, the Digital Account Coordinator works with other members of the Digital Department and with account staff to help execute high-quality digital fundraising campaigns. Their role is to: assist in creative development, traffic art and copy, manage the schedules, update agendas and take meeting notes, adhere to quality control procedures, and assist with analysis and reporting. The Digital Account Coordinator should have a basic understanding of digital fundraising and the ability to work as part of a team to fulfill client needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Manages campaign schedule to ensure campaigns start on time.
· Traffics digital copy, making client edits, handling the proofing process, and finalizing for clients and vendors.
· May help with copy versioning or drafting copy for landing pages or autoresponders.
· Prepares for an email campaign to launch by reviewing email tests, compiling and sending edits to the client, and updating the strategy memo or copy with last-minute changes.
· Traffics digital art through the Art Department to get edits to art made and final art output.
· Sets up reporting templates.
· Creates cost sheets for all campaigns.
· Creates and updates email plans in a timely manner.
· Schedules client meetings and assists in the preparation of meeting materials.
· Prepares and distributes meeting notes.
· Stays abreast of online fundraising and direct response industry trends.
· When assigned to do so by the Executive Office Administrator, answers door quickly and efficiently, greeting all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
· Performs other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
One year of experience, preferably with a non-profit organization or agency, creating and assisting with online giving campaigns; understanding of how online giving and digital marketing influence fundraising results in all channels; copywriting experience; detail-oriented; highly organized; flexible and able to multitask.

About Our Location:
We are located south of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. The position is offered in either a Hybrid, On-site, or *remote capacity.
*This position will be available remotely for candidates who will be in a work location in which Lautman Maska Neill & Company has an established business entity. We currently operate in Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington DC.
