ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to support the organization in leveraging the power of data and technology to systematically and strategically make rapid progress towards a truly reflective democracy. As Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and analyzing large datasets and complex data systems, conducting research and evaluation showcasing the need for and impact of Pipeline’s work, and supporting our state and national partners’ use of data and tools; especially by creating dashboards and visualizations. This is a junior to mid-level role with opportunities to grow and develop ownership of research, reporting, and analytics functions.
The salary range for this role is&nbsp;$70,000- $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This is a remote position, but candidates must be willing to travel as needed. The target start date for this position is Monday,&nbsp;January 12, 2026.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and landscape reports for candidate recruitment efforts; especially in Hex</li>
<li>With guidance from the Data &amp; Analytics director, create research products, reports, and datasets for our various partners and coalitions</li>
<li>Support Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation frameworks, monitor metrics, and report on program impact and success</li>
<li>Support partners in their use of data: including cleaning and importing data, matching and supplementing lists, and program measurement and reporting</li>
<li>Analyze and maintain large datasets in BigQuery, ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy</li>
<li>Database management functions; including regular data maintenance and user support of our Action Builder CRM</li>
<li>Provide data support for external research projects and public communications</li>
<li>Serve as a thought partner with the Data and Analytics Director for long term projects and planning</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

<li>At least 2 years of experience in political and/or non-profit data</li>
<li>Passionate about and committed to advancing a reflective democracy</li>
<li>Strong ability to summarize and communicate data findings to non technical audiences in a compelling way, both written and visually</li>
<li>High level of proficiency with visualization or dashboarding tools; like Hex, Looker Studio, and Mapbox</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL (in BigQuery is a plus), with the ability to create complex queries, joins and creation and maintenance of data systems and structures</li>
<li>Experience using and managing CRM’s, especially Action Builder</li>
<li>Experience with and knowledge of data processing techniques and softwares like Python or R&nbsp;</li>

Civil Justice, Inc. is requesting proposals from qualified contractors with expertise in database structure evaluation and normalization. We are seeking a contractor to assess and improve an Airtable database to follow best data management practices, thereby enabling more meaningful analysis and reporting for our programs.&nbsp;
Please note that this project is constrained by grant funding within FY26. Key dates include:&nbsp;

The selected contractor will be responsible for the tasks below:&nbsp;

<li class="ql-indent-1">Apply separation of concerns to the data structure, e.g. transforming one multipurpose table into separate client and cases tables&nbsp;</li>

Job Summary&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;developing the multi-year strategic vision for clients’ digital programs, including email, web, text,&nbsp;ads&nbsp;and other channels, with an eye toward the clients’ overall growth goals. The Digital Account Director builds the annual digital budget projections, which may include cash flow projections – or on smaller accounts, may&nbsp;oversee the work of other team members. The Digital Account Director communicates regularly with the clients and internal team about overall digital results for all digital channels, campaign results, and progress toward annual goals, taking the lead on&nbsp;new ideas&nbsp;as needed to ensure goals are met. The Digital Account Director ensures regular written reports are sent to the&nbsp;clients, and&nbsp;will directly handle ad hoc reports such as executive summaries for Boards and Senior Leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;strong client relationships, including initiating regular contact with&nbsp;clients&nbsp;and responding to urgent client needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Digital Account Director is also responsible for ensuring that account supervisors are apprised of the status of the campaign and any potential client issues that could&nbsp;impact&nbsp;the relationship between the client and the firm, as well as any internal team issues that need to be addressed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director should have a detailed understanding of direct response fundraising, be well-versed in giving at all levels and through alternative giving methods, and the ability to work as part of a multi-channel team to exceed client needs and drive fundraising forward. The Digital Account Director is charged with identifying areas of digital growth for our clients, selling&nbsp;new ideas, programs and tools that ensure innovation for our clients, and expand our scope.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;serving as the supervisor of multiple members of the Digital Account team. They are also responsible for helping to build the&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;and offerings of the Digital Department, whether that means spearheading new areas of service, hiring&nbsp;additional&nbsp;staff, or developing partnerships within the industry. Position Function:&nbsp;The Website Administrator, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Technology, plays a pivotal role in managing the organization’s web properties. This is a hands-on role focused on execution. Core duties include updating content, overseeing the development of new features, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of plugins, and managing the servers and databases that support our online presence.
Working in close partnership with all departments of the Foundation – and in particular the Marketing and Communications team, the Website Administrator will optimize the public website to expand engagement with new audiences, ensure a best-in-class website providing an intuitive and user-friendly online experience, and maintain compliance with accessibility standards. This role serves as a vital bridge between technical operations and strategic objectives, ensuring that our online platform remains secure, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization’s mission.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;The Website Administrator will:
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain the organization’s web servers and cloud hosting environments, ensuring up-time, reliability, and scalability.</li>
<li>Manage DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and website monitoring tools to ensure secure and uninterrupted web operations.</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day management of the Content Management System, including templates, plugins/modules, publishing workflows, and user access.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver user-friendly digital experiences, landing pages, and campaigns aligned with branding and organizational goals.</li>
<li>Implement and monitor security best practices, including patch management, web application firewalls, DDoS protection, and identity/access controls.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), privacy regulations (CCPA), and payment/donation security requirements (PCI DSS).</li>

Education and Qualifications:&nbsp;The NFF expects the Website Administrator to possess the following educational and experiential qualifications:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>Three years of experience managing web servers, server migrations, and CMS platforms. (Apache, Ubuntu, Nginx, Azure, Nexxus, Pantheon, WordPress, Craft, Sitecore)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in web hosting, DNS, SSL, WAF, and performance monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with CRM and marketing tool integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).</li>
