The Opportunity&nbsp;
The Manager of Foundation Partnerships will build and manage foundation relationships to support Common Sense Media&#8217;s foundation fundraising efforts. This role is critical to sustaining a robust $10M+ annual foundation team revenue stream, with a portfolio of 25+ active partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
<ul>
<li>Inform philanthropic funding strategy discussions and contribute insights to shape long-term funding priorities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Senior Director of Foundation Partnerships and program teams to craft clear, compelling concept papers, proposals, and reports that translate program goals, activities, impact metrics, and budgets into persuasive narratives aligned with organizational priorities.</li>

Foundation Partnerships and Fundraising

<li>Provide strategic support to the Senior Director of Foundation Partnerships in cultivating and securing new $1M+ awards, and lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and reports for current general operating and cross-pillar funders focused on education, research, and family engagement.</li>

The Movement Innovation Collaborative (MIC) is a new time-limited entity that will deepen and expand the capacity, impact, and sustainability of California&#8217;s grassroots movements for racial justice and social transformation. Through offerings that are additive and synergistic with existing movement efforts, the MIC will support changemakers and organizations in catalyzing innovations in movement strategy, power-building, intergenerational leadership development, and collective long-term sustainability and resilience. Through a network of physical and virtual &#8220;centers,&#8221; the MIC will also contribute a key piece of infrastructure to fuel transformative structural change across California. This network will comprise new and existing centers serving hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of grassroots leaders across California.&nbsp;

<h2>Position Overview&nbsp;</h2>
The CRM Manager leads and executes the design, build, and maintenance of the MIC’s Salesforce CRM database, under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Operations and Culture and in close collaboration with the Data Strategist and the program team. This position is responsible for building on our initial CRM discovery with additional detailed discovery and then designing and configuring a Salesforce instance from the ground up.&nbsp;
<h2>What You’ll Be Doing&nbsp;</h2>
The person in this role must bring a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform options for nonprofits, along with the ability to understand our organizational needs and translate them into an effectively configured Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and be able to clearly explain design options and their tradeoffs.&nbsp;

The strongest candidates will have one to three years of professional experience as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator along with some prior professional experience in customer-facing roles. In addition to relevant experience with the responsibilities listed above, we’ll be looking for someone with:

<li>A strong technical understanding of Salesforce, especially as deployed in NPSP</li>
<li>Familiarity with integrations and packages used with Salesforce, especially for non-profits (e.g., Form Assembly, G-Connector, Zapier, Cirrus, and donation payment platforms)</li>

Location: This is a hybrid position that will be most successful with regular, direct contact with key staff, and thus cannot be done fully remotely. We are looking for a candidate who can work in our Brooklyn, NY office a minimum of 2-4 days per week and as needed.



Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience; starting range 95K &#8211; 115K

OVERVIEW: &nbsp;The Controller is Love146’s financial leader responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of the organization’s financial operations. This role is responsible for strong accounting practices, accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound internal controls that support the organization’s mission to end child trafficking and exploitation.
The Controller brings deep nonprofit accounting expertise and a systems-oriented approach to managing day-to-day financial operations while strengthening infrastructure to support organizational growth and complexity. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<h3>Financial Operations Oversight</h3>

<li>Lead all day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and monthly close.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate internal financial reports, statements, and dashboards to support operational and leadership decision-making.</li>

<li>Experience managing, reporting, creating and submitting GAMs, and closing out state and federal funding.</li>
