Provides strategic oversight of the budget, design, development, and implementation of an industry-leading advancement resources (operations &amp; research) model that integrates research, report writing, data analytics, technology solutions, and gift processing to maximize engagement and philanthropy of Trinity University alumni, parents, students, and friends. Serves as a member of the University’s Alumni Relations and Development Senior Leadership Team, while leading a team. Responsible for strategic design, development, and implementation of operational functions that provide a foundation for University Advancement to achieve its goals in fundraising and engagement. Leads and manages teams related to advancement reporting, research/prospect management, gift accounting and data management. Aligns business support functions, policies and procedures, and technology infrastructure with the strategies, resources and priorities of the University and the Alumni Relations and Development division. Represents the division across campus by working closely with business units such as finance, human resources/payroll, student accounts, registrars, information technology, general counsel, and risk management/compliance.

Provides benchmarking data to senior directors and the division’s leadership from peer and aspirant universities. Investigates, assesses, selects and manages technology solutions that will advance the fundraising and engagement goals of the division as well as optimize the division’s operations. Defines roles, responsibilities, and expectations for advancement resources (operations &amp; research) staff and manages them accordingly. Oversees a budget to support Advancement Resources.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Oversees policies and protocols that achieve success in principal gifts, major gifts and planned giving, advancement communications, donor relations &amp; special events, annual giving, and alumni relations departments and sub-teams.. Evaluates current business practices and resources to optimize performance for fundraising and engagement success. Includes oversight of training efforts to ensure ARD staff productively utilizes software/systems and processes which supports and facilitates increased fundraising.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Oversees the building and implementation of best-in-class prospect management, gift processing, advancement reporting (ad hoc and scheduled) and data/database management (Affinaquest), artificial intelligence, utilization of innovative toolsets (dashboards, modeling, new products/services and analytics studies, etc.) while encouraging data-driven management in fundraising and boosting the University’s fundraising success at divisional, departmental, and team levels. Also, oversees the timely delivery of information, data, and services to staff members, volunteers and constituents with accurate reporting and analysis tools, maintaining both accuracy of information and consistency of presentation.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Produces overall vision and strategy, as well as management and operations for gift accounting for the University to ensure accurate and timely recording and distribution of gifts and pledges according to IRS regulations, CASE reporting standards, and associated University’s gift policies and procedures i.e. gift acceptance and naming, etc.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Integrates and oversees a comprehensive prospect development team, including prospect identification and research, as well as prospect and portfolio management.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Delivers innovative technology, as well as ground-breaking data systems and processes that support a complex, highly matrixed fundraising and engagement environment. Researches new technology solutions, tests with internal partners and supports delivery with on campus partners. Oversee all departmental functions and procedures including data integrity, processing, transfer, training, queries, reporting and special projects.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Develops partnerships and collaborates with key business units across campus including the University’s ITS and Business Office areas to solve current problems, build frameworks for operational efficiencies in fundraising, and develop processes/procedures which are donor friendly and better supports and facilitates increased fundraising.</li>
<li data-list="bullet">Directs, coordinates, and evaluates Advancement Resources team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws. SCOPE OF WORK

<li data-list="bullet">The Gifts Processing consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the Development team by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of gift processing and maintaining the integrity of Salesforce data. This role requires an experienced individual to serve as the first point of review for batches keyed by the third-party caging vendor, reconcile each entry against submitted collateral, key in pledges and matching gifts, and process weekly revenue batches with particular attention to month-end close. </li>

Compliance, Risk Management &amp; Contract Oversight

<li>Work with BEF’s third-party brokerage to manage the organization&#8217;s commercial insurance portfolio, including annual policy reviews, renewals, risk assessments, claims management, and broker relationships.</li>



<li>Work with BEF’s third-party charitable registration provider to manage organizational compliance with applicable local, state, and federal fundraising regulations.</li>



<li>In collaboration with the Contracts Manager, oversee the organization&#8217;s contract management system; set standards for contract drafting, review, and execution; train staff on contract processing and monitoring best practices.</li>



<li>Support annual audit and Form 990 preparation by providing documentation related to operations, contracts, and fixed assets.</li>

Facilities &amp; Vendor Management

<li>Oversee all aspects of facilities management including office lease agreements, renewals, maintenance schedules, space planning, and landlord relationships.</li>



<li>Manage relationships with key operational vendors and service providers; lead competitive procurement processes and contract negotiations.</li>

The Sr. Manager, CRM Administration is the central point of contact for Share Our Strength&#8217;s fundraising CRM, Blackbaud Raiser&#8217;s Edge — managing the product roadmap, responding to fundraiser needs, and driving implementation of new features and initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Leads the CRM vertical of the Fundraising Data Management (FDM) team, setting the standard for customer service by building strong working relationships across the organization and bringing a creative, solution-oriented mind set to the team.</li>

Product Ownership
<ul>
<li>Serve as the technical product owner for Share Our Strength’s fundraising CRM, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge. This includes providing primary oversight of the platform’s data and functionality, advising teams of new capabilities as they are released, serving as product evangelist for teams that are not yet using the tool, and advising FDM team leadership on challenges and opportunities.</li>
<li>Acts as primary contact for Blackbaud Support, submitting tickets and working with staff and support staff towards resolution of any issues with Raiser’s Edge.</li>

About Warrior-Scholar Project
In partnership with colleges and universities, Warrior-Scholar Project (WSP) hosts intensive, one-week college-preparatory academic boot camps for enlisted veterans and transitioning service members. Boot camps are offered in three disciplines: college readiness, STEM, and business. Through faculty lectures, workshops and research projects, tailored assignments, and one-on-one tutoring, warrior-scholars acquire the skills to succeed in higher education and navigate the cultural shift from military service to college. Throughout the course, warrior-scholars are mentored by WSP alumni who are student veterans who have successfully transitioned from the military to college.
WSP also offers workshops tailored to address the unique needs of veterans enrolled in community colleges and targeted programming for underrepresented veterans. All programming is provided at no cost to warrior-scholars.

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is seeking a full-time Senior IT Manager in either our Washington, DC or San Francisco office. This is an exempt position that reports to the Director of Technology and has supervisory responsibilities.
The ILRC currently has a hybrid work model requiring two in-office days per week.

The Opportunity: 
The ILRC is going through a period of significant growth, and this is a new position created to support the evolving needs of our employees. The IT team is critical in ensuring smooth operations across multiple office locations who work across three time zones. The Senior IT Manager supports internal and external facing staff with a broad range of work, some days will be purely focused on the help desk, while others may require deep analysis and complex systems administration.
Job Responsibilities: 
The duties of the Senior IT Manager include but are not limited to:
Systems and help desk management: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee and supervise all IT Help Desk and Facilities (technology related) support requests across multiple offices; ensure accuracy and timeliness of responses.</li>
<li>Be the secondary owner or administrator of tech stack tools.</li>
<li>Administrate the M365 environment, including Active Directory, Defender, SharePoint, Intune, and Exchange.</li>
<li>Primary on call support to respond to Tier 1 to Tier 3 IT Help Desk requests through multiple communication pathways including but not limited to ticketing system, Slack, and email during the hours of 9am – 5pm EST/6am-2pm PST.</li>
<li>Consult on and develop trainings for staff to build out the staff website</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Create content for the IT section of the staff website, support other departments with posting issues as they arise</li>
<li>Lead onboarding and offboarding procedures in close partnership with HR.</li>
</ul>
Cybersecurity and Compliance 
<ul>
<li>Supervise and ensure all security alerts or system remediations are addressed in a timely manner in accordance with CIS, NIST, SOC, or SOC2 compliance</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Provide solutions to the Director of Technology for one off or strategic remediation</li>
<li>Lead incident response efforts related to cybersecurity events and technology outages under the direction of the Director of Technology.</li>
<li>Proactively coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and remediation efforts for current and future technology systems.</li>
<li>Monitor security systems, email security, web filtering, endpoint protection, firewalls, passkey, and other related configurations.</li>
<li>Work closely with various ILRC teams and individuals to ensure data setup and transmission align with security best practices.</li>
</ul>
Administration &amp; Supervision 
<ul>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.</li>
<li>Ensure all standard operating procedures are accurate, up to date, and change logs are documented.</li>
<li>Support the Director of Technology with core areas of work including but not limited to:</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Create reports and dashboards</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Project management for core IT initiatives</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Development and management of IT budget</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Provide research assistance, copy edits, and landscape analysis for in-house trainings</li>
<li>Work closely with and oversee contractors, including an MSP</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, and ensure service level expectations are met across technology vendors</li>
<li>Supervise the Systems Administrator.</li>
</ul>

Compensation/Benefits: 
Pay is commensurate with experience, with an expected range between $145,000 &#8211; $160,000 annually.  The ILRC offers excellent benefits, medical/dental/vision insurance, EAP sessions, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care, vacation, and sick leave. The ILRC also sponsors a retirement plan option upon fulfillment of eligibility. Additionally, we offer an annual professional development stipend of $2,500 and from 2025 – 2027, an annual wellness stipend of $2,500. ILRC also offers a sabbatical program: employees are eligible to apply for an 8-week sabbatical after five years of service and a 12-week sabbatical after ten years of service.

Position Summary
Canopy is seeking a Salesforce and Systems Administrator to help our growing nonprofit team maintain and optimize our Salesforce database and adjacent systems.
Under the guidance of the Director of Impact, this newly created position will serve as a central internal resource for Salesforce, supporting staff with reliable tools, accurate data, and the training needed to use the system effectively. In addition to day-to-day Salesforce administration and maintenance, this position supports related data platforms and system integrations, develops documentation and training materials, and contributes to longer-term technology planning and implementation.&nbsp;
This is envisioned as a role for someone early in their Salesforce Administrator journey who is eager to gain hands-on experience with foundational tools and platforms in an environment with ample opportunities for support, mentorship, and professional growth. Success in this role will come from ongoing curiosity, growing expertise with Salesforce, and a collaborative approach to supporting staff adoption and continuously improving our systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
For duties below, funds are available for coaching and support from outside consultants who can advise or assist with more technically complex projects while helping you build your skills.
Salesforce Administration &amp; Optimization (30%)
<ul>
<li>Manage daily administration of Canopy’s Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) instance using nonprofit best practices. Manage users, permissions, profiles, and security.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve data integrity through regular data cleanups, deduplication, validation rules, and page layout optimizations. Monitor system health.</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Impact and program team leads to map out and implement custom objects, fields, flows, and automation to support Canopy’s evolving workflows.</li>
<li>Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that empower staff and leadership with real-time analytics for grant reporting, fundraising, and programmatic impact.</li>
</ul>
Integrations &amp; Related Systems (25%)
<ul>
<li>Manage and configure existing integrations, including Mogli, Form Assembly, S-Docs, FundraiseUp, Double the Donation,&nbsp;and Salesforce Cloud Everywhere (chrome extension), with support from outside consultants as needed.</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Impact to research, scope, and implement new or alternative integrations as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with imports/exports and cross-system reporting.</li>
<li>Provide occasional support for data tracking systems outside of Salesforce (e.g. Canopy’s Tree Plotter database and Google Sheets-based program trackers). Help work towards Canopy’s long-term goal of centralizing data and reporting within Salesforce.</li>
</ul>
Staff Training &amp; Support (25%)
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for staff Salesforce questions and troubleshooting. Support staff in resolving Salesforce issues or accomplishing Salesforce-based tasks.</li>
<li>Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing training for existing staff to build data literacy and support database adoption across the team.</li>
<li>Promote best practices and consistent data entry.</li>
</ul>
Data Governance &amp; Reporting (15%)
<ul>
<li>Help develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of Canopy’s data policies, custom configurations, and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Help formalize and manage data review protocols to ensure data completeness across programs, fundraising, and communications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist leadership with reporting for grants, contracts, and communications.</li>
</ul>
General operations and organizational support (5%)
<ul>
<li>Participate in staff meetings, organizational planning and team-building, and occasional community engagement and programmatic events (these are fun!).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lend operational or administrative support to the broader team during peak organizational moments, in keeping with Canopy’s collaborative non-profit culture.</li>

Sick leave: 12 days (96 hours) sick leave per year with a max accrual of 12 days per year.
