About the Position
Bellwether has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Administrator to help maintain, improve, and support the organization’s core business systems — including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. This manager-level role combines hands-on technical skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach and sits on Bellwether’s Central Support team.&nbsp;
As Bellwether advances its strategic plan and integrates new technologies and AI tools, the Business Systems Administrator will help identify, test, and implement solutions that strengthen how we manage data, collaborate, and deliver impact.
This person will report to the Senior Manager of Business Systems and will partner closely with colleagues across functional areas to ensure Bellwether’s systems are secure, efficient, and continuously improving.

Systems Administration

Qualifications

Compensation
The base salary range for incoming team members is $87,500–$94,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus targeted at $5,025, based on individual and organizational success. The Senior Accountant is responsible for providing strategic leadership including long and short-term planning in the areas of financial analysis, gift processing, and data entry. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Development Operations, and will work collaboratively with colleagues in Montefiore and Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Finance Office to reconcile gifts from the fundraising database and the general ledger, research historical fund allocations and distributions, and prepare financial reports as needed for senior leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Membership Associate supports the fundraising and communications activities of the Center for Biological Diversity’s Development/Membership program. This position will increase constituent engagement, help acquire new donors and supporters, and help raise funds across digital channels. The Online Membership Associate is integral to the day-to-day operations of fundraising, advertising and marketing efforts on social media, petition sites, and other platforms and outlets to help engage the Center’s base of 1.8 million supporters and members and to expand that base significantly. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Producing and optimizing landing pages, including petitions, donation forms, advocacy alerts, events and others;</li>
<li>Producing high-quality fundraising emails, including writing, editing, graphic production, audience targeting, final email delivery and reporting;</li>

This position will be based out of PEC’s headquarters office in Warrenton, VA, with occasional travel to locations within PEC’s nine-county service area, Richmond and the D.C. metro area (on average a few times a month). Occasional attendance at night or weekend events may be required. A progressive hybrid schedule may be considered by the supervisor after a period of onboarding and demonstrated understanding and implementation of the expectations of this role. PEC’s hybrid work policy includes a requirement of at least one day per week in the office to promote employee engagement and collaboration.

Role Summary: Facing History &amp; Ourselves is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join our Technology team. The Project Manager is a vital role at Facing History that will help lead impactful cross-functional projects using expertise, empathy, creativity.
The CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects for the CRM (Salesforce) team. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Using your technical and project management expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and advancing our strategic goals, and proactively managing our portfolio.
Who you are: You are a thoughtful, passionate, mission-driven project manager who can contribute to building an effective and efficient project management practice within our Technology Team. Specific Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Project Management (50%)

<li>Conduct detailed project planning for multiple concurrent projects; ensure execution runs as planned, and adjust projects as needed, including managing risks, stakeholders, and dependencies.</li>
<li>Provide active direction on the project team to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs, project requirements, and deliverables. Establish plans for project scope and work breakdown structure, critical path and baseline structures, project communication, reconciliation and forecasting, risk analysis and mitigation, quality assurance, and closure.</li>
<li>Manage all project documentation, including meeting decks, ClickUp tickets, Clickup Documentation/Wikis, Slack channels, and all other communication</li>
<li>Document user procedures as needed. Support CRM team in their project planning, technical development, QA, and rollout efforts.</li>
<li>Develop and manage team resourcing tools (e.g., CRM Roadmap) to collaborate with technology managers and effectively support resource planning and decisions. Provide ongoing management and monitor project metrics and staff hours.</li>
