Founded in 1974 and located outside Philadelphia in Malvern, Pa.,&nbsp;People’s Light&nbsp;seeks an exceptional Director of Marketing, Sales, and Patron Engagement to serve as a key member of the senior leadership team at an exciting moment of evolution for the company. Reporting to the Managing Director, and working closely with the Producing Artistic Director, this position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing the company’s integrated marketing and communications; holds revenue responsibility for the entirety of its ticket sales and box office operations; and oversees the gamut of patron engagement services. The Director also serves as the steward of People’s Light’s visual presence, playing a pivotal role in refining and upleveling the company’s brand, positioning, and market share as it forges a new identity within the region and beyond on its journey to grow into a live arts hub with theatre at its core.&nbsp;&nbsp;



POSITION SUMMARY



Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Marketing, Sales, &amp; Patron Engagement is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing data-driven, comprehensive, and integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive ticket sales, broaden audience reach, elevate its brand and awareness, and deepen engagement with the company’s diverse communities and in-person annual audience of 80,000.&nbsp;&nbsp;



Dedicated to elevating the theatre’s profile, optimizing earned revenue, and creating exceptional patron experiences, the Director leads a team of seven full-time staff, as well as multiple consultants and vendors in the areas of Marketing &amp; Communications (including social media); Ticket Sales and the Box Office (including Group Sales); and Patron Services (including Front of House and Accessibility). They will guide and collaborate with People’s Light’s external PR and creative firms, as well as other consultants/vendors as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;



This is a full-time salaried exempt position, providing flexibility with in-person work where possible. Some evening and weekend work will be needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;



KEY&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;INCLUDE:

<li>Develop and implement integrated marketing, sales (including single, group, and subscription tickets), and audience engagement strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue and attendance goals for the company’s productions, programs, and events;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Oversee all marketing and communications activities and collateral, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations for a smooth and high-functioning marketing and sales operation centering versatile, multi-channel, and mission-centric storytelling;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Supervise and mentor marketing, sales, and patron services staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and data-driven team culture;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Analyze audience data, sales and marketing trends, and campaign performance from multiple sources, including but not limited to Tessitura and Tessitura Analytics, Google Analytics, and web/social media analytics to inform decision-making and optimize results;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Collaborate cross-departmentally to support fundraising, education, community engagement, and artistic initiatives;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Cultivate relationships with media, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance visibility and audience development;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation;&nbsp;</li>

Essential Requirements:&nbsp;

<li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field;&nbsp;</li>



<li>Minimum 5-7 years’ progressive leadership in sales and marketing, ideally in a performing arts or nonprofit environment;&nbsp;</li>

Position Overview&nbsp;



The Donor Database &amp; IT Manager plays a critical role in managing AACRE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, used to track revenue, donations, and donor data across the AACRE network. The role involves managing the import of high volumes of donor data from dozens of platforms and sources as well as managing the complex donor acknowledgment processes and infrastructure while ensuring data integrity. With a focus on continuous improvement of processes and workflows, the IT Manager plays a leadership role in system administration, custom configurations, report building, staff training, and support in IT operations. 



Key Responsibilities&nbsp;



Donor Database Leadership and Management Processes&nbsp;



<ul>
<li>Own the daily/weekly import of revenue data to Salesforce from dozens of platforms and sources (Give Direct, Act Blue, Receipts Log, and more), utilizing multiple tools, including NPSP, DataLoader, and manual entry. Administer, manage, and update the related import templates and Salesforce backend mapping infrastructure as systems/needs evolve&nbsp;</li>



<li>Own and manage the donation acknowledgment &amp; notification process from start to finish, including leading the cross-departmental acknowledgments team, weekly project management, running/processing weekly reports, and related special projects </li>



<li>Own and administer all broader processes and infrastructure related to donation acknowledgment &amp; notification, including building/maintaining a complex suite of reports and templates and leading a biannual review process in collaboration with leadership across AACRE groups and departments.</li>



<li>Propose and implement solutions for improved data integrity and quality control in Salesforce and related business process systems (QuickBooks, Revenue Log), including recurring monthly reconciliations and one-off data clean-up projects </li>



<li>Propose and implement infrastructure updates in Salesforce as an admin, such as creating/modifying custom fields and updating page layouts, and work in partnership with IT Director and Salesforce Admin to implement key changes&nbsp;</li>



<li>Collaboratively lead and contribute to ongoing strategy, best practice, and workflow discussions/projects in partnership with the AACRE Capacity Salesforce team, and anticipate detailed implications for any proposed process shifts across multiple business processes&nbsp;</li>



<li>Train and onboard multiple staff in the use of Salesforce, Apsona, NPSP, Asana, and DataLoader </li>



<li>Create and maintain detailed documentation used by multiple teams for ongoing work and trainings&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage and coordinate ongoing projects in partnership with IT vendors, including helping to manage service transitions and providing guidance in monthly strategy meetings.&nbsp;</li>

AACRE IT Coordinator

Position Overview:
The marketing &amp; social media manager is responsible for maintaining and building San Francisco AIDS Foundation&#8217;s (SFAF) social media presence, and supporting the development &amp; implementation of marketing campaigns to advertise new philanthropy initiatives. They will bring relevant, engaging content to our existing followers on social media and use creative strategies to continually build our audiences. They will be responsible for using digital platforms to promote, advertise, and share information about SFAF programs, services, events, advocacy, and volunteer and philanthropic opportunities.
Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Curate organic and paid social media for SFAF on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, by researching, developing, and posting content promoting health information and updates, programs and services, upcoming events, policy/advocacy work, and staff/program accomplishments.</li>
<li>Increase the visibility and impressions of SFAF’s social media channels by developing a plan to strategically expand SFAF’s presence on existing or new social platforms.</li>
