Collective Power for Reproductive Justice (collectivepowerrj.org) is a national reproductive rights and justice organization dedicated to educating, mentoring, and inspiring new generations of advocates, leaders, and supporters. Combining activism, organizing, leadership training, and reproductive rights movement building, Collective Power promotes an inclusive agenda that advances reproductive rights and health, and social and economic justice. Collective Power is a fiscally sponsored project of TSNE (tsne.org).

The Operations Manager (OM) ensures that Collective Power for Reproductive Justice’s operational activities are effective, comprehensive, and reflect CPRJ’s mission and values. The OM oversees all administrative, information technology, and event logistics and operations under the direction of the Deputy Director of Systems and Sustainability (DD-SS). Working across teams, the OM is the key staff person responsible for maintaining and innovating our hybrid office environment and oversees office systems, IT, and the creation and dissemination of internal office procedures. With the DD-SS, they support organizational culture and staff communication. The OM oversees all event management, working with both program and fundraising staff to plan and produce conferences, meetings, and other convenings, including managing event logistics, registration, safety and accessibility, vendors, and other needs. The OM supervises a full-time Operations Assistant.

Location: Work will be performed fully remote from anywhere in the United States, with some travel (at least quarterly) required

Hours: Collective Power operates with a 32-hour work-week

Compensation: The starting salary for this position is 65,000-$75,000 and is commensurate with experience.
