The Community Lounge is in The Commons on Level 100, in the same general session room where the main stage is located as well as where we'll be having our meals.
The Commons was intentionally designed and arranged to be welcoming and accessible to all attendees. Staff, volunteers, and/or Accessibility Committee members will available to support any attendees with requests to support the meetup experience to be accessible. They'll all be wearing "Ask me about accessibility" buttons to ensure everyone knows who to ask about any accessibility questions or requests onsite.
This year, there will not be a formal exhibit hall with rows of booths where exhibitors wait for folks to stop by. Instead, we have designed the Commons as one shared space for connections, conversations, and inspiration.
The Community Lounge will have several spaces for simultaneous meetups and each space will be arranged with a combination of lounge furniture as well as tables, chairs, and a microphone.
