- November 6 - Complete Session Designer Agreement.
- January 20 - Session Setup Forms Due (If we don't have the form, don't look at us when your bio is your Facebook profile.)

> Session Date and Time
Please check the NTC agenda for your session date and time (available mid-December).
> Session Setup Forms
Please download a Session Setup Form. We live by these forms - using them to update the website, the program book, evaluation forms, and more. So, please fill out the form for your session as completely as possible and email to Sarah at sarah@nten.org by January 20, 2010.
> Session Materials
Your session materials (powerpoints, handouts) are due on February 24, 2010. We include these materials in the conference program book, so this is your best opportunity to make sure that your brilliant ideas are shared with all the conference attendees. For those of you who will be using PowerPoint at the conference, we recommend that you use the Official NTC PowerPoint Template!
> Presenter Resources
- FREE Webinar for Presenters: To help you and your speakers prepare for the NTC, we're making available to you, for free, a webinar recording: Andy Goodman on Why Bad Presentations Happen to Good Causes. To access the webinar, click on the link and use access code 5439. Click here to learn about all our webinars.
- Powerpoint Tips from Wired: It's a wiki so you can add your tips too!
> Register for the Conference (if you haven't already)
As you know, we ask all speakers and session designers to volunteer their time and expertise at the NTC. This allows us to keep the conference rate as low as possible for the sector. If you haven't already done so, please register for the conference. If this is your first time logging in to the NTEN site, your user name is your email address, and your password is your last name. If you can't remember your password, use the "forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the login page and it will be sent to you via email.
> Conference Hotel & Other Information
You can find information about conference-related travel and accommodations online. You need to make your own hotel reservation and can do so by using the link on the travel page. NTEN has arranged a special rate of $192 a night for attendees.
> NTC Social
We know that, in the course of thinking through your session, you'll be blogging, taking photos, and tagging the materials you find useful. Share your brainpower! Contribute to the NTC experience before, during and after the conference:
- Join the NTC Facebook Event
- Add the tag "10NTC" to your Flickr photos, Delicious, Twitter, and anywhere you can tag!
- Add the following to your blog: <a xhref="http://technorati.com/tag/10NTC" rel="tag">10NTC</a>
> Session logistics
All sessions are 90 minutes and will be equipped with a wireless Internet connection, screen, and LCD projector. If you need anything on site at the event, flag down anyone with a walkie talkie - we can get you what you need.
