Event Details

We will hold our first meeting of the 501 Tech Club of SWFL on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 6:30 pm at Calistoga Bakery Cafe, 7941 Airport-Pulling Road, just south of Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, FL.

The 501 Tech Club provides an informal meeting place for nonprofit technology people to share experiences and exchange information, be they the accidental techie, the board member who wants to learn more about technology decisions for nonprofits or the nonprofit's IT person. (If you would like to see your non-profit use technology more effectively, this is a good place to talk about it.)

One topic for discussion on Friday are free online tools which are useful for nonprofits in managing their organization. The Naples Free-Net will soon publish their April 2008 training schedule for nonprofits with classes on this and other topics. The classes will fill-up rapidly once they are on the public schedule on March 31, 2008. NFN-hosted nonprofit organizations and 501 Tech Club members are invited to register at the 501 Tech Club of SWFL meeting. If you are interested in the educational program but are not able to attend Friday's meeting, please check the Naples Free-Net web site (
www.naples.net [1]) on March 31, 2008 at the Education>Schedule Tab.

Please RSVP to birgit.pauli(at)gmail(dot)com so we will have an idea of how many people expected to attend the meeting.

Cu all there!

Birgit Pauli-Haack
