The first 501 Tech Club DC of the year is kicking things off with the topic Open Source Desktop Software.

We generally speak of open source software in relation to CMS's and other web-based tools, but open source software extends beyond the web. This Meetup will be a discussion of OSS desktop software that can be a resource to your organization.

This will be a great opportunity for people interested in using or currently using open source desktop software to learn more about the software you are presently using, and learn about new and developing open source software applications out there.
