We're not your typical association.
NTEN operates a little differently than most associations, and we serve a diverse audience: not just nonprofits and individuals seeking to make the world a better place, but a group of consultants, software vendors, service providers, and businesses looking to help other organizations further their missions.
You already know that we're more fun than any other organization you work with, but we also want you to know that you are part of our community, and we want you to take full advantage of that.
A few of the ways you can get involved:
> Demo a product. NTEN Member organizations can purchase a spot in our webinar line-up to deliver case studies, do product demos, conduct user group research, etc. These 90 minute sessions are easy to deliver and reach a very qualified audience. Learn more about Product Spotlight Webinars [1].
> Sponsor the NTEN Connect e-Newsletter. Get your company's information out to over 5,500 nonprofit techies. Learn more [2] or see our newsletter archive [3].
> Sponsor and Exhibit at the largest nonprofit tech conference. Our annual conference, the Nonprofit Technology Conference [4], is the largest gathering of its kind, where more than 1000 attendees join in for three days of sessions, meetings and fun. Learn more about Sponsorships and Exhibiting at the NTC [5].
> Share your knowledge. Do you have research or other practical knowledge that our members could benefit from? We know that Providers have a lot of interesting data and experiences that can benefit our community. We encourage you to share that knowledge:
- Submit an article idea for our monthly e-newsletter, NTEN Connect, which has over 5000 subscribers. You can send your ideas to Brett Meyer [6], our Communications Manager
- Participate in the agenda planning [7] for our annual conference, the Nonprofit Technology Conference.
> Join the discussion. NTEN hosts a variety of Affinity Groups [8] you can join to hear what our community is saying -- or chime in yourself. The groups are for non-commercial purposes only; the terms of use can be found here [9].
> Offer a Member discount. Our community is loaded with tech-savvy users. Our member discount program might just help you strike up a mutually beneficial relationship. Learn more about our member discounts [10].
