Networking Opportunities with NTEN

We didn't name ourselves the Nonprofit Technology Network just because we thought it had a nice ring to it: networking is what we're all about!

There are many ways you can take advantage of our community of nonprofit and technology professionals, including:

NTEN Affinity Groups [1] is a great place to start networking.  You can create a profile, join the group(s) that fits your needs and interests, and start talking! Features of the online community space include personal and group blogs, easy-to-manage subscription settings for the many lists, group and community wikis, resource libraries, and forums.

After you register with your email address, you can:

  1. post your job announcement to the Jobs Forum [4]
  2. subscribe to job announcements via RSS or email
  3. email your inquiry or job announcement to the appropriate list(s)
  4. browse or search email archives for past job announcements

searchable directory [5] of NTEN members is back online! Search by name, organization, city, or more advanced options. NTEN members [5] have access to full contact information.

The 501 Tech Clubs are great opportunities to meet and network with peers and colleagues in your own community. You can share tips and advice particular to your region, find and post jobs, and get the support you need to do more good work for your community. You can learn more about the clubs [8], or just join one and start networking!  

Techfinder.org [9] is a searchable directory of technology vendors and service providers for the nonprofit, voluntary, and community sectors hosted by NTEN and TechSoup. List your services or search for someone to help you, NTEN members [9] get enhanced listings.
