Presented by Dale McGrew, GoLightly

Dale McGrew of GoLightly will discuss how an online community adds value to a nonprofit's mission and programs, and highlight the return on investment potential. This session will cover how to plan an online community, what services you might need out of a vendor solution, how to assess required budget and staffing, how to achieve a successful launch by working with your real-world community and organization, and how to achieve success in your first 6 months. This session will be useful to organizations that are considering developing an online community and are evaluating their options. We'll review several case studies including NTEN's Affinity Groups, YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, and others. Takeaways include a checklist of services you might need out of a vendor solution.

This webinar is free.
