Get coached by Harvard University voice and communication experts on how to get your message across and getting heard to be more effective in meetings, presentations, and negotiation situations.

This workshop is designed to provide technical women with skills to succeed in accomplishing their goals in negotiations and meetings as well with the capacity to use these skills to effect organizational change. Participants will be introduced to techniques that people in the theater and in leadership training understand about how to be an effective communicator. They will learn how to articulate a clear purpose, land their message, be heard, enhance personal presence, depersonalize attacks, and manage hot moments. Participants will experience new vocal presence, learn to differentiate types of challenges, understand how roles determine strategies, and how to apply their newly acquired communication techniques to the context of change leadership.

Who should attend:
Mid-level technical women who are individual contributors and/or managers in industry. Attendees have established their credibility in their group or department, and seek to expand their scope of influence.
