The N-TEN board met for the last time under the leadership of long-term board Chair Ami Dar of Idealist.org on the Saturday after the NTC. Pesky term limits have limited his reign, but not his impact! We're forever indebted to Ami for his generosity of spirit, ideas, enthusiasm and time. I'm hoping that even though he's no longer on the board, he'll still read my emails!

Fortunately, the loss of Ami was coupled with the great fortune of gaining Lynn Labieniec as the next N-TEN Board Chair. Lynn is the CEO of Beaconfire Consulting, based in the Washington DC region. She's been working in the nonprofit technology field since the 1980's, and brings a great energy and vision to her role as chair. I'm personally very excited to work with her, and I'm hoping that she wont regret being forced to read my emails now!
