NTEN hosted a debate on the timely issue of open APIs and what they mean for nonprofit organizations. Some of the main vendors providing CRM services to nonprofits took part in the discussion and revealed their thoughts on open APIs, the direction their companies are moving, and what nonprofits stand to gain from this.
